My Asymmetrical Head alias was retired in 2014 after the release of 'Proper//Random' so I can focus on Bonding Tapes and other projects. In September 29, 2019, I had an accident at a skatepark and admitted into the hospital. While there, the doctors found that I had a tumor the size of a melon on my right kidney and cancer which spread to lymph nodes. I went home and started my battle with kidney cancer with lots of improvements and some set backs. Since I didn't know how the turnout would be, I started making new music under the Asymmetrical Head alias again. I used this recovery time towards creating music again. Other factors played into my creativity like Social Unrest, Black Lives Matter, Political Climate, and COVID-19.

Within the first year of my battle, I managed to produce about 3 albums worth and an EP of music. I present to you the first album titled 'X-Rendered'. This album is a sort of rebirth and new direction under my Asymmetrical Head alias. There will be a digital EP released next month, a double cassette release in the fall, and a cassette release around spring of 2022.

My current status? On October 28, 2020, I had the tumor and my right kidney removed. Upon the doctors' study of the kidney, they said that no traces of cancer was left on the kidney itself. They are continuing to study the tumor to try to identify causes and to how long I've had this inside me. The doctors say that I've responded well to treatments and the swelling in my lymph nodes have decreased. Meaning that the cancer cells are getting killed by treatment.

I would like to thank you all for your support throughout the years and especially during my recovery time. I feel stronger than ever and will continue to do my best with running Bonding Tapes and other projects.
